Message from the Dean

Professor Sajit Zachariah Ph.D
Through this site you will have the opportunity to preview the many nationally recognized undergraduate and graduate programs we offer. You will find information about our faculty and staff, who are all committed to working with our students and community partners. The University has invested heavily in the physical infrastructure of the college with the opening of Julka Hall, a facility that houses both the College of Education and Human Services and the School of Nursing. The facility has state of the art laboratories and has access to current technologies.
The College is engaged in many new initiatives that help us stand out. One such initiative was initiated in 2010, when our President, Dr. Ronald Berkman, collaborated with the Cleveland Metropolitan School District to open a new PreK - 12 International Baccalaureate school on campus. This collaborative is just one example where faculty, staff and students are engaged with our surrounding communities.
The college is committed to student engagement and success, and currently serves approximately 2,264 undergraduate and graduate students. The College offers 39 different degree programs. These include a range of graduate offerings, including 26 master's programs and 7 tracks in our doctoral program.
We hope that you are able to find the information that you are seeking, through this website.
Thank you.
Sajit Zachariah
