1. Search the online knowledgebase: AskeLearning.
2. Contact the Center for eLearning via phone (216-687-3960) or email (elearning@csuohio.edu) during University Business hours, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. The Center for eLearning offers both technical support and course development consultation to all faculty.
3. Call the 24/7 Blackboard Help Desk at 216-687-5050 and select option #2 for Blackboard Support.
4. Chat with a live agent 24/7.
